Eat in a proper manner gives you a healthy body.so I personally not recommend to avoid your delicious homemade foods. Control diet and progress diet reforms helps to manage our body from health issues.

we all are depending fast-food in fast life.so this may cause future health problems but sometimes we ignore it because of it's taste.

Here I recommend Few Homemade Cookies we can try in our Home.

Cookies are small baking food with flat sweet piece easily with less time Span. Ingredients will be sugar,butter,cream ,Chocolatechips and oats, raisins with fat content. But Homemade Cookies have rich protein content with 100% pure quality making.


  1. Masala Cookies

Best Cookies for diet controllers.This is sugar free cookies that anybody can use. The ingredients are wheat flour,ginger, garlic ,ghee,salt, sesame black seeds,Curry leaf,Green chilly.Combination of this ingredients gives you a unique taste experience. Masala Cookies has a little spicy taste.

2. Itallian Peach Cookies


This is one of a Italian cookies we can easly made in Home. This cookies are especially for childrens. Ingredients are all purpose flour, Baking powder, salt, Butter Softened, powdered sugar,Egg, vanilla extract,Sour Cream, Lemon Zest from one lemon.this cookies are filled with walnuts or Almonds also filling of peach Jam. For Top decoration we are adding peach liqueur.

3. Peanut Butter Cookies


This is a rich not baking cookie adding of peanut butter cream and brown sugar, Coco Powder and Oats. Boil this mixture in a saucepan over a medium heat and stirring occasionally and let it boil for 1 minute and let it sit for cool in room temperature and after 30 minute take it to refrigerator. 

The special thing of this cookie is adding Oats. it's a fibre content that helpful for diet controllers and also peanutbutter cookies doesn't want baking oven.

4. Lactation cookies 



This Lactation cookies are best for breastfeeding mothers. The ingredients are wheat flour,Oats Powder,Dryfruits,Jaggery ,salt,Fennel seeds,Flax seed ,Ghee, baking powder. Dry fruits are the combination of different fruits that have non water content  Inside the fruits or absorption of water content with the help of sunlight. It has high rich of protein and calories.


5.Oats &Raisin  Cookies




Oats and Raisin Cookies are Healthy for diet controllers. It has no excess sugar content. The ingredients are wheat flour, brown sugar less added, baking powder,Oats,Raisins, Ghee, Salt. The Oats and Reaisin are the special ingredients in this cookie. This one is bake under 350°f and colour will change inti little brown. So it feels like coco powder mixed in this recipe but not included in this Cookies.

6. Homemade Nutella Cookies with less sugar


Nutella is a brand from Italy that have hazelnuts sweetened coco cream. This is rich of protein and have high brand popularity and quality. Nutella Cookies are made by Adding Nutella spread with less suger. The ingredients are wheat flour or all type flour, Nutella ,less salt,less sugar,coco Powder, Vanilla Esense, baking powder and  bake it in a oven with temperature of 350°f.
